At Kalyan Silks, we strive to ensure your ethnic wear shopping experience is seamless; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your Kalyan Silks account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Product

  Place the unused ethnic garment in its original packaging with all price tags, silk marks, and brand labels intact to ensure a successful quality check.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrange a convenient pickup from your delivery address within 48 hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the returned item passes our quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
